"Exceptional Support from the Team"
The items are fantastic. We purchased a Primus 11 pendant light that we absolutely adore. The support from the customer service team, though, is truly exceptional. We decided to switch the color, and their kindness and understanding made the entire process seamless!

I had an urgent order for a client that I needed quickly. Working with Jack was a delight... I was feeling the crunch time, and it showed up in just a few days. Really impressive. I ended up with a broken uplight from a sketchy company (definitely gonna check Trustpilot next time - lesson learned!). Reached out to Lightingstyles and David was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even went the extra mile to find four suppliers with similar products. It's a bummer they didn't have the exact item, 'cause I would’ve bought from them in a heartbeat. Top-notch customer service. Kudos! They’ll be my go-to for lighting from now on.

"Awesome support when I hit a snag."
I found myself in a bind with some 12v downlights and a young electrician who, despite being trained, was confused when his new 240v bulbs didn’t function with my setup. So, I hit up the internet and asked for advice on how to get the outcome I was after. That’s when David from Lighting Styles stepped in, emailing me from a hundred miles away. He helped me figure out a fix and even sent the necessary parts! These guys are true lifesavers, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

"Top-notch online store I've discovered."
I just picked up a lamp from this site. Had a couple of queries before deciding, and the customer service was super fast and really helpful with their replies. Their returns policy is fantastic as well, even though my lamp traveled all the way from Italy. I'm absolutely thrilled with my buy and would suggest this site to anyone!

I bought a light from this company nearly two years back, and it recently started acting up. Late one evening, I shot them an email for some guidance, and they got back to me right away, saying they’d reach out to the manufacturer. The next morning, I got another email letting me know they were setting up a replacement, which arrived the very next day. Their customer service is top-notch, just brilliant!

"Amazing service and quality products"
This is my second time getting lights from this crew. I just placed an order for some under cabinet lights, and Barry reached out via email to let me know that the ones I picked required a transformer, which I didn’t realize (I had mistakenly ordered the wrong ones). He quickly adjusted the order on his end and processed a refund for the difference!
Top-notch customer service from Barry! The products are fantastic, and for just a few extra pounds, you really can’t beat the quality!

Seven years back, I purchased LED lights from Lighting Styles, and one of the units just gave out. Even though it was way past the warranty period, the company quickly collaborated with the original maker to find the right replacement part and sent it to me for free.
I really couldn't have hoped for better service. Truly impressive.

Lighting Styles offers a solid selection of products and their online service is pretty good. I felt compelled to share my experience because their customer support is truly top-notch. I've interacted with them several times, and both the sales and after-sales assistance were outstanding. They really went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns. Jack, in particular, was super responsive and incredibly helpful. I’d recommend them without a doubt and will definitely return when I need something down the line.

"Smoky Grey LED Bulb Experience"
I placed an order for five large bumpy LED bulbs that were pretty pricey. After a couple of weeks, and having used them just a few times, one of them blew out. I reached out to LS, and they quickly arranged for a replacement without any fuss. It really restores some trust in customer service. Thanks a bunch!

I really can't find anything to criticize about this business. Their customer service is top-notch, and they offer great advice on their products. I picked up three island pendants and I was so impressed with them. They have a wide selection of unique items that you just don't find on other sites. I've gone back for more stuff since then. Top-notch support from the team. I had an issue with a stair light that was just past its warranty. I shot them a message on a Sunday evening and got a call before 9:30 AM on Monday. They don’t carry this item anymore, but they’re gonna set me up with a replacement at no cost! Not many businesses would put in that kind of effort! I’m really impressed and will definitely shop with this company again.

"Great service with quick responses."
I ordered a nordlux floor lamp and got the standard email confirming my purchase. Not knowing when it would arrive, I reached out to Sue, and she got back to me super fast with the expected delivery date. She even checked in with her supplier and provided me with a solid date. Later, I received another email with the delivery details. It’s really nice when a business keeps you in the loop about your order. I’d definitely suggest Lighting Styles Ltd to anyone looking for solid service.
